Holywell Bay

The last day of our short break in Cornwall. This was low tide at Holywell Bay on the North Cornwall Coast. The twin Islands are known as Carter's or Gull Rocks. At the opposite end of the long, sandy beach are a number of caves, one of which is the site of the holy well from which the bay derives it's name.
