fox family

I have been trying for weeks to snap the foxes in the garden, but each time I tried they were off as soon as they sensed movement. Today for some reason, they knew I was there, but didn't immediately run away; perhaps they were hungry. The vixen is in the foreground with two cubs at the back. I have been trying to capture them since they were new born. I got about 10 photos today, but this was the only one with the three of them.

In the foreground you can see Eve's conversion of the bird bath into a bird house - with the help of a roof tile. I think it is going to be a long six weeks.
