The first day since I started blip that I haven't taken a photo of Jacob!

We were all out the door at 8.20am, walked up to the west end to drop Jacob at Chester street then Stephan, Henny and I went to Rutland Square. I spent a busy, productive few hours stripping a chair and fixing the broken frame. A quiet coffee and croissant break was greatly appreciated, as was lunch break and grown up conversation around the kitchen table. Henny had a good time running from floor to floor between Stephan and I - sleeping by my side before going in search of fun with the boys downstairs.

A lazy stroll home in the sunshine, lots of cooking while there was no Jacob to disturb me, and a visit from Chris to swap the jumparoo for a tomato plant - a very good deal for me. I have been reliably informed that Rachel is the best person to ask about how best to grow my plant!

I was delighted to receive some extra big smiles and hugs when Jacob returned, and he very sweetly searched every room for Stephan. Stephan made it home for Jacobs tea at 5 so we were all happy.

Home grown coriander on our curry for dinner!
