Bluebells

My sister had told me about the bluebells at the wildlife reserve at Carron Glen, just outside Denny. With another sunny day in prospect, we packed up our coffee mugs and set off. We were not disappointed. A lovely walk (even cut short due to one path being closed for a land slip). Lots of wood anemone, marsh marigolds and of course drifts of bluebells. Beautiful in the dappled shade.

Afterwards we had lunch at the Courtyard Coffee Shop on the other side of Denny. To be recommended.
