Great crested Grebe on nest

On a dull day I went to Far Ings reserve on the banks of the Humber as I was up early to take a friend to Humberside airport for the 6.30am flight to Amsterdam. I had hoped for a lovely spring day but the rain and grey sky was the order of the day!
I've posted an extra of the female turning the eggs and adjusting the nest after the male had been sitting on the eggs.
