And as if from nowhere.....

healthier eating began today....and I was soo soooo very tempted to get chips instead but at 8pm I went to the supermarket and bought a load of veggies. I have already sorted lunch tomorrow and breakfast (I don't usually eat breakfast). I am hoping in 3-4 weeks I can shift the best part of a stone...we'll see just need to stick to it and get myself moving again! My legs are still aching after gardening at the weekend so going for a run is filling me with dread.....maybe I'll ease myself gently into that part of the regime.... ;-)
