Cheeky Herring Gull

We spent today around Whithorn and Isle of Whithorn. We spent the morning and part of the afternoon at the Whithorn experience, which is an excellent presentation and interpretation of Whithorn's long Christian history. Sadly this is under threat of closure. We signed the petition. It seems short-sighted to close such a valuable asset.

Later we went down to Isle of Whithorn, where the day just got better and better and we walked along the coast path for a bit before coming back for a meal at the Steam Packet Inn.

There were so many possible blips but I was glad I caught this herring Gull mid-yawn at Isle of Whithorn.
