Never judge a lobster on the first go around

I have only ever tried lobster twice in my life. And the first time was on the east coast many years ago. The verdict? I did NOT enjoy it. The second time was at a work function, clients at the table. Not even sure I remember eating it! So, perhaps at that point I was on the fence??

I decided to give it another go whilst out east yet again. And I am so glad I did- it was delicious! Another wonderful dinner at King's Landing:)
