We’ve still got the two hens which survived the last massacre at New Year. They’re very friendly and seem to get along well together, so I’m a bit reluctant to introduce some new girls, as this is the first time for ages that we haven’t had pecking issues. Trouble is, we need more than one or two eggs per day!
