River Yealm Estuary

For my Covid booster I chose to visit the village chemist at Newton Ferrers which is generally quiet at this time of year, and found only 4 people in the queue, so the process, totally painless, was over very quickly. Afterwards I had planned a walk along the river bank but an extremely cold wind blowing down river persuaded me to go for plan B, so I chose a more sheltered alternative. Fortunately the day remained dry here but there were showers about not to far away
