Southwold

The weather forecast for today was lots of showers from lunchtime so we went into Southwold and parked the car by the pier and walked the length of the promenade. We saw one family on the beach sheltering from the wind and a few builders painting and repairing beach huts. We then walked up through the town and had a hot chocolate and cheese straw. 
Back through the town to the pier for lunch which was quite expensive and a bit disappointing.
Then back to our nice warm caravan for the afternoon.
In the end we didn’t have much rain but it was pretty cold
