From Behind The 11th

The big news on the golf course since we reverted to the grass Summer tees last week is the appearance of new tee markers, like these on the 11th (white for competitions, yellow for men’s and red for ladies’ casual games). We can’t remember them having been changed before in all the time we’ve been playing!

The course is looking prettier good at the moment apart from the perennial need for more sand in the bunkers. I repeated my trick of last week by playing terribly on the front 9 and really well on the back, ending up playing to handicap.
