Of the river (actually classified as a broom) where Luce and I wandered this afternoon.

A frustrating morning as the mapping company sent me an extract of the land registry plan for the area. It’s a rural shambles - apparently, according to them, I don’t own a central strip of my garden nor some of the ground I’m transferring. It’s clear on my own “registered deed plan” so what is going on!!
