Water 'hole' for a tiny critter

I just loved the colour of this fine grass bending under the weight of the rain drops and it was only when I got home that I noticed the wee critter with his red coat having a drink.

I also caught a bee enjoying the nectar from the budding flowers of a thistle and some really tiny butterflies but never managed to capture the latter clearly enough for identification.

I apologise but I meant to play catch up with your journals today but I'm afraid I became hooked watching a superb game of tennis at Wimbledon going to the wire!
