Goldfinch in flight

This morning I went to bowls in the park then I did some food shopping before coming home.

This afternoon I finished the curtains that I've been making for my bedroom and hung those before doing some practice for tomorrow night's gig.

There were the usual birds in the garden so I took some photos through the kitchen window - here's a goldfinch heading for my pond.
