Day 8 Camino - Estella to Sansol (28.5km)

A long but very enjoyable walk today. I certainly emptied the tank out there and though the day was gruelling at times it was also magical. Pretty much off road all the time with interesting scenery. We met some interesting pilgrims along the way which always seems to make the time go faster.
We are now staying in a pretty village called Sansol staying in a former baroque palace.
At 23 euros a night, it represents good value for money.
