Wells walk

Worked a half day today, then got packed up and drove to my Mum's.  Lovely to see her again - and we had a nice relaxed afternoon and evening, listening to music and eating dinner/drinking wine.  (Not a lot, we're both lightweights.)

Once Mum headed to bed, I decided to go for a walk, as I actually had some spare energy for once.  Posted a card on the way, and carried on down to Cathedral Green and the Bishop's Palace moat.  Tim called me shortly after I took this photo, so I ended up chatting to him for the rest of my walk, until I got back in to Mum's house.  She was in bed by then and her carer was just leaving - so I went in to see her, and took her a bedtime cuppa.
