Spinach with Pine Nuts and Raisins

I had a practice run for one of the dishes I will be preparing for tomorrow's meal, which I am hosting but the cooking is shared out between us. I have to say, it was delicious!
My afternoon was spent looking after my granddaughters and the evening was spent at the supermarket. I din't cook my dinner until 9pm!
