Not a lot coming through in the garden at the moment, and as I have not been out Into the outside world, this is what I have to offer.
It might be interesting to know that this image was shot using a lens made in 1957. Namely a Takumar 2:2 55mm. Then it would have been paired with a Pentax film camera and widely used as a go to lens
I however, added an extension tube. Although now not so sharp wide open. A joy to use when all around us we see plastic and things so poorly made, They barely last five years. Yet, ironically they would lie in landfill unspoiled for 1000 or so years.
Yet this little, beautifully crafted lens survives, given, it has received plenty of T.L.C over the years
