Sandycove

A local man, with his bicycle, watches the brave swimmers as they make their way around the island, a 1.7km swim. It was a beautiful day to be in Sandycove, near Kinsale.

Today, on my father's birthday, my eldest brother joined him and his friends, who do this swim regularly. He managed it in a good time, despite not having swum in a long time. I was very impressed!
