Backblip

I felt washed out today. I didn't get much sleep overnight as I was awake coughing. 

Each year starlings nest in the end of the garage eaves. I've often thought I should do a stake out with the camera but have never done it. Today I was just out with the phone looking for another blip and, amazingly, managed to capture the incoming parent. 

This evening I attended the International Therapeutic Photography Symposium, online of course. It was interesting to hear how professional therapists in many fields are using photography in their work, encouraging mental health and wellbeing.
