Dark Knight

We have a birthday in the house – our #5 son Dash is another year older! Celebrations began with presents and a full english breakfast first thing in the morning... sausages, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, black pudding, potato cakes and toast. After that, there's the downloading of new games on Steam, and playing with new collectibles in the form of replica broadsword, dagger and helmet – all safely blunt, fortunately. Dash & Gabriel do love their medieval weaponry. Later on, Dash wanted to bake his own cake, and some soda bread, before a supper of steak and chips.

I persuaded Dash to let me take a rare portrait in his new warrior's gear, which definitely needed a monochrome and menacing approach.
