Sunny Saturday

Bertie and I were out quite early and had a lovely sunny walk, unexpectedly meeting up with M and his dog and another that is staying with him for a few days. Bertie loved meeting the other dogs and all three got on well together. Just after we arrived home, the dark cloud that had looked very threatening to the north-west deposited its load quickly and efficiently and the sunshine returned.
We had great fun at our agility class with T and Daisy, Bertie providing the comedy act before eventually doing two perfect rounds of the complete course.
I was pleased to complete some weeding and feeding of the rose bed before supping a restorative cocktail concocted by Nick. Home-made fish and chips using some of last year’s catch of pollock from the freezer rounded off the day very nicely.
