Scooters.....

I always love to see these devices all lined up on the footpath cause it means  that they are not being ridden and becoming a menace.....Paris banned them and Wellington has "sorta" Geo Fenced them away from the main retail area but there are still some privately own ones that can be seen in town. and frankly. they are a menace,,,, Footpaths are for feet.....
A while ago I watched a bloke in a business suit sail over the handlebars and land face down in the footpath when his scooter wheel hit a small ridge in the footpath.  I would have loved to be at his work when he arrived that day (Blood and all) but on the footpaths of Oriental Bay I guess they are no worse than youngsters on their first bikes.
