Exercise at the beach

We took Maisie for a walk along the waterfront at Oriental Bay today. Busy, sunny, interesting. This man was completely unworried about spectators (actually I was the only one). He is wielding a heavy metal bar. I am sure it is an effective programme, though I would not be doing it in public myself.
