Clear…… Sky and Water

Another clear sky but warmer morning than yesterday. This rural scene was very satisfying to see. Recent heavy rains have helped remove water weeds from the creek. The ducks and pukeko seem very happy and were noisily letting us know.
Although it’s Sunday and supposedly a day of rest, friend Lynette and I spent several hours working in the garden. Lynette spent time cutting up branches we had cut down recently. She was using my dinky little miniature chainsaw….. a hand pruner. One of the best garden devices we have ever come across. I worked at raking leaves and putting them into wool sacks for later disposal. A very satisfying day.
