Up early and off shopping in M&S. My knee was hurting so I skipped walking at Riverside. Went to the Pillars for wine as M&S don't sell alcohol before 10.00am. Fed the birds and settled with coffee, a croissant and an ice pack. Haven't really moved much all day. One or two walks up and down the garden and a bit of weeding. Photographed birds at the feeder and noticed this one legged sparrow. Must look out for him from now on. He'll end up with a nickname I expect.
