Resting the eyelids

It’s a busy life being a terrier! Albi needed a snooze after his morning walk in the rain. We’re on flood alert again - it might be the 15th alert since last October.

Thank you all so much for your kindness about my test results yesterday. I’m sad to say it‘s not very good news; the breast cancer I had treatment for in 2019 has returned in my bones. Now I’m waiting (more waiting…) to find out what oncology has to offer. There’s been a lot of tears and swearing, as you can imagine but my kids, their partners and dogs have stayed all weekend which has helped us all. I’m exhausted now but come tomorrow I’ll get down to planning my strategy.
