Happy 4th of July MTB

Today as promised I went for a ride with Ermanno in the hills around Viano along with another good friend Marco from Modena. It is hot here now and I am definitely and sadly out of shape for this kind of activity!! I did a lot more walking than I had envisioned and the hills were steeper than I remembered. haha Ermanno I think is 70 years old now and climbs with aplomb. Amazing!

A special shout out to my friends back in the states and also my nephews and niece today... one in Finland, one in Venice Italy, one back in the states. A very international 4th of July.
