Not very popular

At the cinema for ‘An American in Paris’.
5 minutes to the start and there aren’t many people here. In fact we could easily all get into one row.
Later found out it was either an opera with dancing, or a ballet with singing.
Being a stage production made it work for the cinema screen, with the added bonus of close ups at crucial points in the plot.
Not our usual Monday afternoon activity it must be said but not all bad.
