Shelduck
Neither a duck nor a goose, but somewhere in between. They spend most of their lives on large areas of mud or sand. Although they are fairly large birds, they nest in holes. Disused rabbit burrows or tree cavities are favourites, but they may also nest in sheds or outbuildings.
It was a dreary day, which felt cold for this time of the year, and I didn't take many photographs.
Update: Not sure whether it is officially classed as a duck, but it is said to bridge the gap between ducks and geese.
