First outdoor training of the year

The weather has suddenly changed and today has been sunny and 22 degrees c, so we skipped going to the training hall and had our first outdoor training of the year instead. 

It was quite hot, which was perfect as both the boys and I need to adapt to the higher temperatures that we can expect in Hungary when we go to the World Championship.
