It was moving day for my son so the kids had to see his new house.
Considering that he had not even been in the house and had trusted his mum and his sister’s judgment on purchasing it. All done with video’s.
He was at sea when it came up for sail and it was a decent price.
Now the funny thing is it’s identical to our first house which is only a few streets away.
It cost us in ‘79 £13,000 a fortune then.
He paid a bit more !!!!!
