Batemans,

We visited Batemans, the home of Rudyard Kipling back in March, and had no intention of going there again so soon. We just happened to be in the area on our way home from our short break in Battle, so we popped in for a coffee, cake and a little walk.
Last time we went, there were areas closed off due to the ground being flooded. Today it was bright, sunny, very warm and extremely pleasant. 
This shot is of the river and bridge in the meadow area which we couldn’t walk around on our previous visit.
