Feeding Time

I had been watching these young swallows and parents for an hour or so from the room where I have my computer. It adjoins the flat roof and this little scene is just above it. Mother had been feeding the babies for a couple of hours (the babies almost look as if they could swallow her - no pun intended) she was encouraging them to take to the wing and they kept stretching and testing out their feathers. Then eventually one by one they flew off - fly away Peter, fly away Paul.
