Noodle Making

How often do you see noodles being freshly made? Today, as I was passing through Huawei's canteen after having my fill of Indian food caught sight of a chef making noodles for dinner.

He's just about to drop the noodles into the boiling water just to his right. Only seconds earlier the noodle dough was about the shape of a 10 inch sausage roll which can be seen in the bottom right hand corner of the picture. This is a very quick process!
