New fronds

Last blipped in the middle of February; noticed that the tree fern nearby has just produced a whole set of new fronds. 

Out in the morning to look at the paintings and prints at the Lyon & Turnbull auction on today and tomorrow; there are some Lowrys and some Vettrianos with very fancy estimates. A lot of Alistair Gray and some Grayson Perry ceramics on the second day, which is mostly prints. 

Afternoon wander round the town passing by the grand fern. Found a dormouse cowering by the back door to the building; dissuaded it from going in the door; though not sure how it will have got on in the car park nor why it was there .. there's no cover at all.
