Another visit to the Emergency Department today with a client. While we were registering, the questions were being fired at us. The person behind the window asked us to verify all personal information, which I can do with no problem but, then the dreaded question What faith are you, what religion would you like put on the chart. I look at the client to get clarification, they state Fuck your religion . I turn my head back to the person behind the glass and stated don't put anything on that chart.
