Beached
The mist has lifted and the sun has come out intermittently but the air is heavy and drowsy making and I feel oddly lethargic. A walk along this little shingle beach blew away the cobwebs though. The tide is low, the sea mayweed is out and everywhere is many shades of blue. Other than that I've been hacking back and raking, weeding the polytunnel with the occasional luxurious interval in a deckchair by the pond surrounded by damselflies.
