Why retro walking?

What, you may well ask, is retro walking?
Our yoga teacher has introduced us to it. Why? because all the research shows its excellent for posture, balance, strength, aerobic and even cognitive functions. ( You can’t let your mind wander when you are walking backwards).
 Try it yourself and immediately your whole body feels in better alignment.
Be careful though to make certain you can safely walk backwards without bumping into hazards.
 Our yoga teacher has one person in her class who daily walk backwards for ten minutes a day.
