Travelling home and resting
at one of a few sets of traffic lights on Rest and be Thankful. A notorious area for lights and closure although the views are amazing.
A strange journey home, when looking back at the number of times we have travelled from Cumbria to the west coast it is rare to have a hiccup. (54 years including many visits before moving to Mull,). A nail in a tyre didn’t help although the puncture was fortunately highlighted as soon as we left Johns brother and dealt with in Carlise.
We are pleased with the car recently bought although need to go through the learning curve, today was one of those days. Technology and all that.
Home now with four pusscats to greet us, wonderful. The beautiful Grey fellow is on his summer travels and not called in for over a month now. A weird feeling although there is nothing we can do to change his ways. The garden is overflowing with green ness, if such a word exists and no mow May is upon us.
