Hip baking studio on Radium Street opens at 8am and I wander passed at 7:30am to catch a bus, so I can see and smell the lovely produce but not buy it… sadly.

Bit of history

Radium Street in Ancoats was originally called German Street – aber der Name wurde geändert – the name was changed at the end of the First World War, many references to Germany were erased.
