Memories

It's amazing how smells can transport you back in time. Just making my tea and cut some smoked Bavarian cheese and I was immediately thrown into time travel of years gone by - 30!!
My final placement at Jordanhill was in a place called Alter Teichweg in Hamburg in what was then West Germany. I lived on cheese at that time and this Bavarian one was my favourite.
Here I am 30 years later at Strathclyde University which now encompasses Jordanhill College of Higher Education. It's a funny old world!
