Texture

This little clump of wisteria leafage caught my eye today.. I love how the leaves grow flat then unfold and their growth happens almost over night. The first bit of colour is appearing on the flowers.. but they are not there yet. 

A lovely quiet morning meeting up with my NZ friend.. we had a coffee and she had a sandwich while we chatted easily.  It was lovely. Then home to wrap up a present and get it to the post with a card. Done and now a few hours to relax before heading out for an early supper with the Aunt in law.. she is doing fish and chips and we are joining her. (I have to go to a different chippy to get GF but at least we can take part in her evening) . 

16C and calm so felt warmer (clouded over almost entirely around 2 however) rain at 5.. Summer was nice while it lasted
