it's been a sad day here because last night the senior of the father & son team that keep our gardens in order, Brian, died.  it was unexpected because the last time he was here - a few weeks ago - he was looking fine & fit and relieved to have had his second hip done.

he loved Kit Kats with his coffee, and ribeye steaks, i always look forward to sitting out with Brian and his son, Butch, to chew the fat, and he will be forever here in spirit.

Brian will be much missed.
