Kinkell Bridge

View from Kinkell Bridge as we came back from the supermarket. I’m still worse for wear, trying to do some light gymnastics to move the strained muscles but it does hurt a lot and my knee is not cooperating either. I’m sure it will get better , just needs some time. My hand and wrist are colouring purple and yellow underneath the grazes.

Tomorrow there’s no theme for Abstract Thursday as it’s the first Thursday of the new month .
