Eye catching

Although I must admit that I've driven past this tree tens upon tens of times and never noticed it before. (That show how my attention is riveted to the road).
May already, jeez doesn't tempus fugit! 
We got our patio cover project approved by the strata Nazis, and we received the quote for fake grass in the back yard. 
Gulp!
