Glasgow

Travelled up to Glasgow yesterday for a couple of days staff gathering. It’s always a joy to come to Glasgow and it’s fast becoming one of my favourite cities.

Today started early with a run up to the Necropolis with Joanna and Kathleen (the hero who ran the London Marathon dressed as a shed a couple of weeks ago).

A full day of meetings and carbs so Joanna and I headed out for a walk later afternoon to mull everything over. Reconnecting with Joanna after we first met in Zambia 13 years ago has been such a joy! So brilliant that we are now on the same team. We joined some others for a quick drink before a whole staff dinner before crashing into bed.

A full but truly wonderful day.
