Enjoying the Sunshine

I had physio this morning. He had my results of the scans and was a little worried about a big tear in my left shoulder. He said if I was in the UK he would have referred me to a Othropedic Specialist... the system here isn't good, he said.
 
It takes about ten weeks to heal the tear and don't want me to do too much excerise at the moment. And not to get a Steroid injection for another two weeks as It can do more damage. It is okay to get it in my right shoulder. He asked if I would like some Acupuncture.. so that's what I had. 

I am a left hander and at the moment I am using my right hand to do the writing. Which takes a bit longer to do. 

After physio I went to the garden centre and bought some bedding plants and tulip bulbs.

So lovely having some sunshine today. There was a cold wind. It reached around 15c.
