who am I?

I thought about taking this along to the polling station as a form of voter ID.  Then I thought better of it.  Voting's no joke.  Despite the number of clowns who stand for election.  And there are many poor folk around the world who never get the chance to vote.

This ID card expired when I reached the age of 16.  It was about that time that I first heard Duane Eddy. A real guitar hero.  RIP Duane.
